Tried to hook up to wireless network, couldn't then found Internet Explorer wasn't working.

Went back with System Restore and solved most probs.

But now find IE won't dial up.

Checked the settings, re-set the connection settings but no luck.

Outlook express and Mozilla dial up, but IE won't.

This doesn't make sense as OE and IE share the same connection settings.

Tried deleting old files, and anything else I could think of.

Any clues on this?

Should I reinstall and if so how.

Why not dial-up with your provider's dialler software, then open IE when connected? Or in IE go to tools - internet options - Connections. Set it to "Dial whenever a network connection is not present" or "Always dial my default connection" If that don't do it, use my first suggestion.
