Everytime i search something in google or whatnot and then i go to click on a link it will bring me to a random site 3-4 times before it opens the actual site i wanted.
Or i can hit back and it takes me to my site. So it basically goes to my site but then auto goes to a random one. I've ran hijack this, ad-aware, superantispyware, and trend micro and they've all come up with nothing. I've also reinstalled IE and it's still doing this. What could be the cause of this?

That's strange. I would also scan with Spybot. I would also be sure that my temporary internet files are cleaned out, and that the temp file is also as clean as you can get it. Also go to Tools/Internet Options in IE and clean out the files under the general tab. Empty the Recycle Bin. Check out MS's new defender, the successor to its antispyware program. None of this may help, but it can't hurt.

You didn't mention that you had run an AV scan with your AV software, which I assume you have. I would do that too if you haven't.

Nah don't have an AV software on this comp. It's not mine so i'm not wasting my money on one, or time to dl it. Umm, i have got rid of cookies and all of that. I used that program out there that deleted allll of those in one go. I also ran spybot while doing the other ones. I don't know, i'm stumped. Close to reinstalling windows because there are other problems too, haha. thanks anyways
