In what? If you resize the window, close it then reopen another link, does the NEW size take affect or does it open in the previous size?

White page of death is typically scripting related. Javascript or something is broken. What is an information screen?
"The initial load up screen stays the same size as it was when first loaded."
Is that a problem?
"Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh also some times if it isn't a log in screen you can go forward and hit the back button it then will resize to maximized then."
I'm totally lost on this comment, to what program are you referring?
