Hello
When I click on a link on a webpage it opens it up minimized. When I click to maximize the information screen stays small and the rest of the page is filled in with white. The initial load up screen stays the same size as it was when first loaded. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh also some times if it isn't a log in screen you can go forward and hit the back button it then will resize to maximized then.

In what? If you resize the window, close it then reopen another link, does the NEW size take affect or does it open in the previous size?

White page of death is typically scripting related. Javascript or something is broken. What is an information screen?

Is that a problem?

I'm totally lost on this comment, to what program are you referring?

Michelle, Follow the instructions at the links below for your version of Internet Explorer.
How do I have an Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) or earlier version window open in the maximized position every time?
