hey all so how do i fix this problem it never happened b4?.
I had my computer for about 1 year and it never happened b4.
It sounds like you are simply not looking in the correct location.
Can you tell us where you think you are downloading the files to? Can you download the file again - but this time change the download location?

Make a folder and name it downloads. put somewhere where you can find it easily like on your desktop ot on your root directory. In the future save all your downloads to this folder.
