My laptop crashed and the hard-disk is now only accessable as an external hard-frive I have a digital certificate installed in my browser
I never exported a copy for safe keeping - didn't know anything about it
Any ideas how I can retrieve the certificate to put on my spanking brand new all singing dancing laptop ?
Can't you ask whomever issued you the certificate for a copy? Tomorrow the Stars!
The company has stopped issuing them and is now using a new hardware security device It will take three weeks to get that all sorted out
Meantime I have no access to my account
