IE but not firefox

Recently, I found out that my IE cannot enter website that required authentication (eg. yahoo mail, online banking)
after some find out, i realise that this problem only occur for Internet explorer but not Firefox which mean it's not ISP problem.
I am using IE7. Just done a reset explore in the advance tab but it doesn't help.

your security settings in IE7 are set too high. open IE7 and select tools > internet options > security tab and make sure that all the settings are reset to default settings then apply and reboot and try to go to the places that have refused you before. If there is still a problem then the security program you are using is overriding the browser settings and will need to be changed.
