IE 7 Windows open minimized

Since this months auto updates installed IE 7 all secondary windows opened are minimized. I have followed posts on this site concerning IE 6, but they don't work ? Hope someone can help

Grab the borders of the minimized window and drag them each way until you have a full window. Then try it. Always worked for me.

I can resize the windows easy enough, they just reopen minimized the next time. There are some tips on this site for this problem, only their for IE 6! This problem happened when IE 7 was installed through Windows Automatic Updates for Nov. 2006

just open IE properties on your desktop and change the "run" command to open maximized.
