Hello! I am writing to try and help a friend of mine. His problem is this: When he trys to open a certain web site in Internet Explorer 6 it does not want to load. It will show 4-5 download bars at the bottom of the page then apparently times out and will not display the site. He also uses NETSACAPE browser which the same web site will open on NETSACAPE but not on Internet Explorer 6. I have gone over all the settings under INTERNET OPTIONS on IE 6 and he has the same exact settings as I. This still has not solved the problem. Any thoughts or ideas on this would be greatly appreciated as I know he is rather frustrated with it. Thanks for your help, Ron

Hi Tufenuf,
Thanks for your response to my question. I have given the information to my friend and will wait on a response from him to see if that fixed the problem. I'll post back later to let you know if it fixed it. Thanks, Ron

Hi Tufenuf,
My friend tried the IEFix Utility and it did not help. He then DISABLED his firewall through Norton and apparently there is a setting in there that needs changed to allow the site to load in IE. Otherwise when he ENABLED the firewall the website would not load. He is going to look at the settings and see what he can come up with. Thanks for your suggestion and help, Ron
