IE 6 - Links do not work

Come to think of it, I had this problem once. I know very little about computers, I do know that this problem went away for me after about a week of use. Ironically, it started working right in the middle of downloading Netscape because I was so sick of IE not working. :) One thing I have to ask is this: does the digital signature feature of your computer work? I mean, does it recognize drivers as being digitally signed? Mine doesn't. It says that everything is not digitally signed.
