Identifying useless startup files

Hi, I need help identifying what startup operations are useless. Some appear double times for some reason. I dont think I need all of these, but what is safe to ride of at startup, without causing problems? It's all slowing down my startup and makes me mad!

also I forgot how to disable stuff immediatly at startup. ty for help

heres my processes:

Go into MSCONFIG and see what & what items are under your startup tab.
