Comment:

Is there a way of finding out which .INF a device was installed from? I'm experimenting with nLite's driver integration feature but the nVidia driver has two fairly simmiler but different .INF's.

Thanks for any help recieved.

Possibly both of them. An INF file is a bit like a batch file. You can start the process in one which can then hand control over to another.

The only way you can tell is to look at the contents of the INF file and try and deduce how it relates to you actual hardware.

Personally though, I would use both and let the installation programme decide which one to use as it was designed to do.

You should be able to open the inf with notpad and see what device is listed.

Get Firefox! You'll be happy you did.
