ID3 tag-to-filename editor?

I have a number of mp3 files with song titles embedded in id3 tags. however, the filenames themselves are as follows: 01.mp3 02.mp3 03.mp3 ...1001.mp3 etc. I am looking for an id3 tag editor which allows replacing filenames for information contained in id3 tags, namely "Title". example: take 01.mp3 - when my mp3 player starts playing this track it shows the id3 tag (let's say it's Moby's "Porcelaine"). I want to put the word "Porcelaine" in the filename, so it looks like this - "Porcelaine.mp3". I found a few programs, like Tag&Rename, but all of them seems to do the other way around, i.e. putting the info in the filename into the id3 tag. Can someone please help with this? I have thinking of manually renaming a thousand+ files.
