I'm having a problem setting up ICS between windows 2000 and xp pro. This is how the computers are set up. The one with W2k is the host and has two NICs, one is for cable modem, and the second one to connect to other computer.
I have enabled ICS on the host machine, and ICS works fine with another computer that runs windows 2000 or linux. However when I connect to the computer with XP Pro, ICS failed. I can't even ping to the host machine and back.
I have tried to let the XP Pro client to automatically set, as well as statically assign IP address, and they both failed. I also have run Network Setup Wizard to no avail.

Does anyone know the problem and enlighten me?
Thanks a bunch.
