icq error on startup

apparently icq starts before my dsl-connection is initialised. so icq gives me an error message. if i disable autostart in icq it still starts on system startup. only manually removing it from msconfig --> startup stops that. but i would like to start icq on system startup without the error message and after the dsl-connection. anyone knows a workaround?

I have the same problem. It is very annoying when the log in screen for ICQ comes up after login. Other than MS Config, how can this be corrected?

it's happend to me only when I press reset or my comp restarts too fast, so ICQ server trying refuse it the second connection...
