ICOO Loader??

OS: XP Pro SP1
CPU/Ram: XP1700+ / 512MB

sometimes when i click a lonk to download a file, i get a box saying "Do you want to use ICOO for faster downloads of this file?" (or something like that). if you say No it continues as usual, but if you say Yes then it tries to download ICOO loader.

how do i get rid of this? i never downloaded it...

A search for ICOO states its a parasite. Clean up Internet Explorer. Go to doxdesk.com and it should run a parasite check. Please punch in the report on the forum. Also Start>Run>Regedit>Ok>Edit>Find>ICOO>Delete all instances.
