Icons hide in taskbar

I posted this already someone removed it.Im posting it again.The icons by the clock.There is a feature in XP that they auto hide.How do i stop this?

right click on the taskbar, not the system tray or start icon, but in between those, and click on properties. then, uncheck "Hide Inactive Icons". that should do it.
