Icon problem in open box

For a couple of days now, I've been having a weird icon problem with my HTML files.
In Windows Explorer, HTML icons are the normal "IE logo on white page".
However, in any program I use, if I want to open a HTML (or HTM) file, the icon is the "unknown" one. Same thing in the Registered File Types list.
In Folder Options/File Types, both are set to open with IE, and both point to the correct icon...

Sorry, but this fix doesn't apply to my problem. I don't have a problem with icons changing randomly, I just lost the icon associated with my HTM/L files...
(I did try everything in the fix, just to be sure)

Personnaly, I had to use the deletion part of the solution. Now everything works, from HTM & HTML extensions, icons in Windows Explorer, and icons in the Open dialogs of my programs.
Also, changing the icon through the Folder Options is now working.
