Icon from files are not shown

The icons from files, programs are not being shown. They have the same icon (see image, n°1) as a file that windows can not open. I've done the following things: 1. I deleted my IconCache.db, reboot pc. but the IconCache.db was not made again. 2. I've created Max Cached Icons in my registry, reboot pc 3. IconCache.db delete, reboot pc Now it was created again but the same problem acquired.

You could download Tweak UI at the link below. After you install it you'll find it in Start>Programs>Powertoys for Windows XP>Tweak UI. Open it and under Repair choose Rebuild Icons. It's worth a try.
