Icon font Color on the desktop?

In go to Display Properties, to Appearance, then to Advanced , Items, then Icon,with font is there anyway to change the color of the font besides the size. This be for the Icons box text on the desktop.

I remember there was a free program called Invisible from mindbeat.com (available from http://www.burstnet.com/cgi-bin/ads/ad6256a.cgi/1303/RETURN-CODE)
However, I don't know if it works under WinXP. So, I suggest that you take a look at the information there.
A more complete version (which is not free) is called Invisible Pro, and you can also find it there.
Both versions of the program let you make the text under the icons transparent (but WinXP already lets you do that, too), and they also let you change other aspects of the Desktop, such as the icon text color.
