I can't seem to delete or do other things within Windows Explorer. I checked the Event Viewer and it appears to be a Framework.NET 2 problem and the event ID is 100, the errors details are as follows:
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.3156, stamp 466fc588, faulting module shell32.dll, version 6.0.2900.3241, stamp 47216027, debug? 0, fault address 0x0004fbb0.
Doing so research it appears my profile is probably corrupted, System Restore hasn't helped. When I created a new profile it had the same problem and said I needed to migrate stuff for so reason before I could run it anyway. Is there anyway around this problem besides reformatting?

Yes as well as sfc /scannow, Last known good configuration, running CCleaner and running Registry Mechanic and fixing all the problems it found. Also the problem also happens in Safe Mode.

This issue hasn't been resolved but I'm working to resolve it elsewhere so since I can't close this topic, I'll just let you know there's no need to continue helping me with it here, thanks for the reply I got however.
