had the same prob its a back up and format problem, maybe a partion magic (i havn't used this prog for a long time so i don't know) could help

I have used partition magic recently to change ntfs to fat32. It works.

Use partition magic 8.0. It works.

Use a 95, 98, or Me start up disk
