I need to change the date back to 2002 on each boot up

Specs: Windows XP
I am not much of a programmer, but I need to find a solution that will change the date on the computer on each boot up back to 2002. This is on a testing set up that is not connected to the internet and the program I need to run will only work if the date is set to 2002. Multiple people use this computer to run this software and don't want have to keep reminding them to manually change the date back. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Set it in BIOS. That is where the system gets it's date/time information from since you say the machine is not connected to internet.

There was a program called "datecrack". Was used on shareware programs so whenever the program started it would reset the date to any time the user set it up to be.
