You should download avg's free antivirus software, I use it and it's caught and taken care of many viruses at www.grisoft.com or here http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php

I agree with theruben. Install anti-virus software. AVG is free and (IMHO) better than many bought ones.
I am amazed at the number of people who use the internet without virus protection. I would like to see browsers made with some kind of safeguard that will not allow connection to the internet unless anti-virus software is installed.
This would go a long way to curbing the spread of virii.

I believe I read on MacAfee's web site about this virus before. In the removal procedure it mentioned turning off System Restore in win xp and then run virus software to remove the infected files, otherwise some files it infects hide out in the system restore folder and the virus software won't mess with that area as long as it is turned on. Thus the virus will keep reinfecting your computer.

Dave02 is right. I had the same virus. Avg caught it but it still will go into other files unless you turn off the system restore and then run the virus scan. After you have run the scan and rebooted you can turn system restore back on
