I need help with paypal, page error

I am having also the same problem please can you help me. I have tried that fixonline and it says the problem is not DNS related what ever that means. Please could you go through with me what to do, and explain throughly as i am female and don't have a clue when it comes to computers, but need to contact to paypal as its affecting my sales.

Basically what it is i have trying to contact to paypal, through google, and it says page cannot be displayed here. Which means i can't get anywhere. I use to be able to get to paypal and now it's not happening. I've done nothing different with my laptop. So any advice would good. On here someone recommended fixline which helps with the page error stuff but i have tried it and it doesn't work for me. But when i go on the PC in the same room it works on there weird i know!! My laptop is on a wireless router, if that helps, but its never been a problem before. I think it could be some settings or something.
