I have a business where I need to send out blanket letters to alot of people. I receive new addresses all the time and roght now I have to manually type all of them out every time I need to send out a letter. I was wondering if there was a simple way to keep a database of mailing addresses that I could batch print to envelopes to make my life easier. Thanks

If that is too tedious for you, consider hiring someone to do it.

I have to type them all out anyway but I dont want to have to do all of them everytime I have to send everyone something. I would like a scheduling feature where I can set a letter to be printed every 30 days automatically until the issue with the client is resloved.
