I have lost my wifi connection ?

Specs: Windows XP, intel atom 512 ram
Hi all i recently bought a new acer aspire
one note book for my wife as she is a teacher
and need it for work problem was when i gave
it her it was on the linux operating system
which was no good for what she needed so i
had it removed on windows xp installed on it
but now there is no wifi connection in the
network connections box altho it was there
with the linux ? can anybody tell me how to
active it thanks

You need to go to the Acer website and download the drivers for the notebook. Start with the chipset drivers.

And when you get a chance, ask your wife to give you a class or two in punctuation & capitalization.

You can go this Acer website to download wireless adapter driver, after that test to connect to wireless network.

If you need help to connect laptop to wireless network, take a look on this wireless adapter configuration in XP article.
