Normally password help is not available on this forum due to the difficulty in proving ownership. You are best advised to contact the manufacturer or their representative in your country and be prepared to provide proof of ownership.

You are also advised to make a note of your passwords in a secure place until you are familiar with them

Try to remove CMOS battery, open your laptop and do it.

I have come across previously when I needed to reset my desktop bios years back, few pins connection where it will reset bios, is this can help?
Else, use magic cd, they have bios reset password on their boot disk.

The original poster has not replied. That probably means they have a stolen laptop.

None of your suggestions will clear any passwords. We do NOT help with laptop hardware passwords.

I had a customer, asking me how much I charge to reset his windows password, saying he had forgotten it.
I gave him a price, I thought he didn't bother with sorting it, probably it was a stolen one, that's why.
You know who is a genuine person, who is not, true.

Windows passwords and laptop hardware passwords are totally different animals. Worst case with Windows would require a re-install. Not the case with laptops less than 10 years old.
