Specs: Windows XP
The laptop seems to take the xp up to when it re-boots but the computer doesn't see a OS on it
could it be a the hard drive could be bad. I can't even run Bart pe on the computer just get the blue screen of death. Also at first when I got the system when booting it came up thru Realtech
trying to find my ethernet card and said couldn't find please check cables and connections, I just when in and disable in the Bios. Some people say that Toshiba is just a piece of junk, I believe it can be fixed.

"Can't boot to anything"

You can't boot from a CD or DVD? What's the Stop code & error message on the BSOD?

I think I found the problem, by the way my bart pe does boot got to my utillities and found a bunch of bad sectors on my hard drive in the boot sector. So in a nut shell I think my drive is toast.

I found the problem, aparently my hard drive wasn't seated properly in it's connection when I applied more pressure in snapped in the connection soin the future for others with same problem make sure your hard drive is in all the way.

Thanks all!
