You mean the Administrator password? You can't disable it or do anything with it unless you know what it is. We can't help you with remembering it. The only way round it is to reinstall Windows.

The password can easily be changed via Winternals admin pack on windows xp. I can send you a boot CD that accesses your files through this medium.
