Hi,

I upgraded my win2000 desktop to xp pro. I went to look at the system restore options but the system restore tab is not there. I checked to make sure it was running (as a service) and it is. Also tab is gone in safe mode and while logged on as admin. This machine is part of a network with a domain controller. I though there was some policy that could be interfering with it so I upgraded a laptop on our LAN to test. Laptop has the restore function working just fine. I can can run the system restore UI in StartMenu\Programs\Accessories\SystemTools. I went to gpedit and made sure the settings were right. Any Ideas?
Thanks,
Gregg
