i cant unhide a folder

I cant unhide folders i have on my drives from there properties , the Hidden ratio button is disabled ... this problem came out after i i forced a .exe virus which i solved it by an application called HijackThis, but still need help in hidden folder problem... help pleassssssssseeeee THANX...

Open registry editor (regedit). Start -->RUN -->regedit
Search for showall
you should reach this entry (look at the bottom left corner) \HKEY_LOCAL\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\folder\Hiddeb\SHOWALL
Double Click CheckedValue and enter 1 in the text box. Incase CheckedValue is not there then right click in the empty space and create a new DWORD value and name it as CheckedValue and initialize it as 1 as described above.
