Yep, whenever I click Start->TurnOffComputer->TurnOff, my computer seems to be turning off, and then after a short beeping signal it automatically restarts! If I click Turn Off after that, the computer powers down normally. What's weird is that it doesn't happen always, but quite often. Sometimes it powers down after I click turn off the first time. Is it possible to fix this problem?

Make sure you don't have any resource conflicts between any of your hardware.
Try shutting down any programs running in the background like anti-virus utilities, and see if that solves it. If it shuts down from then on you'll know what program is causing the problem.
Might be a problem with advanced power management.
