i cant open internet explorer it freezes

i click on the internet explorer, and when its about to load the page it comes up with error and asks me if i want to send an error reoprt to microsoft. I can use msn and stuff so i have internet connection, but the web browser itself wont work.

try installing windows updates.
If that does not work, uninstall IE - reboot - download and install a newer version
