Since yesterday I have a big problem: I cannot open ANY web page anymore. My connection is OK, but everytime I try to open a page, there is a windows which pops up saying Alert! and that I can't access the page. I ran my antiviru(Norton and Spy-bot), nothing wrong. I tried to open pages both on IE and on Firefox, same problem. Please please help me!

Changing browsers does not change the fact that IE isn't working. Try cleaning out your cookies and temp internet files and see if that helps. Also run AdAware to see if it finds any adware. Be sure your Spybot and AV programs are up to date. HTH

what about winsock and maybe lsp fix.
http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=257 >>>>>>WINSOCK FIX
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm >>>LSP fixThese would probably better help though if you were getting "page can't be displayed" instead of "alert".
What exactly is on the screen which says alert?
you must have some type of spyware...look in this forum for other spyware scanners that are used....maybe pestpatrol or something.

Well I can't update spybot, as I can't access any webpage! (I tried and it didn't work). Same to download another antispyware, I can't access anything ... It is extremely frustrating!
What exactly happens is everytime I try to open a page, a small window pop up, with alert written on the top left (like a Norton virus alert, except that I don't know where it comes from), and then it tells me that I can't be connected to the page (and again, my internet connection works fine!.Well if anyone has any idea???

try a system restore to a time when the PC ran fine
If you need a simple solution, try mine. I try to give advise on things that have happened to my PC. Changes in registry can be FATAL! Glad to have a chance to help you.

download any other software you wanted to scan with on the pc you're using now and burn a copy on a disk for the other computer.
like yankanuk said try the sys restore. Hope you had created a sys restore date though.
then try to turn off sys restore, hit F8 when booting and select safe mode, scan w/ your antivirus first in safe mode. then scan w/ others.
