Hello Deker,

I don't know what happened with my previous post.I said to you there, thank you much, really appreciated your nice tip, I am working in safe mode networking, even like that nothing change in normal windows.I want to be specificly letting you know how happened the problem.I was not able to go in to yahoo email, always came telling me that the screen resolution should be: less 1024 max 600,then my resolution was in 600--800;when I tried to set 1024--600,all of a suden my Cp went
black for a few seconds, when it back, I was not able to display any icon on my desk even in control panel, even internet explore, look like everything is frezze;when
I click the icon inmediately comes out to my down bar.
Now I am working in safe mode networking like you told me,I tried to fix it from here but nothing happened. Some other idea you have for helping me please?
Thank you so much.Have a great day.

Sounds a bit complicated. Do you know your monitor size? You would normally try to set your resolution to be the same as your monitor resolution.

Another possibility is to update your Video Drivers from the computer manufacturers website.

One other thing, if you go to Device Manager (from Safe Mode if necessary) are there any errors showing - usually red or which markers?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
