icant login yahoo,gmail,hotmail,from my computer's personel user account. but i can login from computer's administrator's user account. there is no restrictions in computers user account. boath user have admin privalage.

askarvkmd, sounds to me like a nasty at work. My guess's a virus of some sort since a worm/trojan would affect any user, not just a specific one. I'd DISABLE RESTORE and scan. Don't forget to re-enable restore when done. HTH. Ed in Texas.
