A few days back I started getting this message "dcom server process launcher terminated" and my computer would restart on its own. Then my computer would get stuck on the blue signing screen I wanted to start it in safe mode but its just frozen on that screen where you choose safe mode, safe mode with networking and so on.

Difficult to analyze without seeing/history. If you've got an XP install disk could try getting into recovery console and running chkdsk c: /p, then fixmbr then fixboot - though it sounds like it may be a hardware issue (something dying...)
