Hello, I recently downloaded a windows update and after restarting I get to a certain point and then the computer restarts on it's own. Everything has been smooth until this update. I can't get to a command prompt, I can't boot into safe mode either. I am sure I will be able to get back on track if I could only get to a command prompt. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks. Seth
