I can't access C or D drive

I get the following message when I double click C or D drive "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action" ... etc.
Can anyone tell me what to do to fix it?

Omda, That problem is many times virus/malware related. You could try the FixDrive.zip utility at the link below.

but clean your system from virus's and malware first or running them will have no effect.
