I've had good results with Move On Boot; it will delete whatever you want when you reboot. Very convenient and easy too; I just click 'n drag whatever I want removed to Move On Boot, and at reboot it is deleted.

Do not use MoveOnBoot. It will not uninstall the whole program & its orphaned files mounted elsewhere on the HD. MoveOnBoot is designed to delete single files not program-wide.
