I cannot read emails...

Specs: Windows XP
PLEASE HELP! I am suddenly not being able to read my emails in Outlook Express. Everything shows up, subject, To/From; but the body never appears. Been like this about 4 days now.

I would love some advice on this; so far nothing is working!

Use the windows office installer then reinstall. But to be precise un install it by using the control panel's add and remove programs. Remove the out look and the other office program then reinstall it. But you can also see if microsoft's technical help hot line if they help you out.

The problem is Outlook Express not Outlook. OE is part of Windows, not Office. Open Add or Remove programs and select the Add/Remove Windows Components tab. Uncheck Outlook Express. reboot the system when complete and then re-enable by going back and checking OE again to reinstall. Open Outlook Express and verify whether the problem is corrected.

Well outlook is a part of windows office. If you going to reinstall it you must remove all to make sure that you have reinstall the whole thing properly. But try to see if you can only reinstall outlook.
