Not a good idea to post your email address on a public forum, spammers will bombard you with spam... remove your email address.

Also, rather than asking people to contact you for such an issue, why not just post the solution here?

Usually with MSI files you can use a extractor tool, such as 7-Zip to extract the content, i usually do this when i package application i write to ensure all the content has been packaged.

What problem do you think users will have with this extention?

Oh by the way the MSI file can obviously just be double clicked and installed.....

When you say you were wrong, do you mean about putting your email address here or about the .MSI file?

You may not be wrong about the MSI file, it would be good to hear what your experience was and what you did you resolve it, we could all learn something new... Don ever worry about posting suggestions or guides just because someone else may know it before you did doesnt mean it was wrong, at least you learnt something new.

Information which provides solutions to posted problems (calls for help) is always welcome.

Equally if you have a solution or workaround that may be useful even if no problem posted that too is welcome; although in that case it's often better posted in the "how to" section as well?

Knowledge shared benefits all - including the one who posts it...
