Hey, I have a problem I want to run a client program at work to a server program I have at home. The server uses UDP ports. I have the program set up so it will use an open UDP port at work but the problem is that the initial UDP port, it's just to start communication then a random UDP port is sent back for data transmission. Is there anyway I can set up a HTTP tunnel or something so that any ports in a range is sent over the HTTP Tunnel or maybe just any port communication from the program is sent over the tunnel? Or could there just be something completely different. If so could someone recommend some good free software or a good guide to set this up. Thanks.
Example
UDP 20 Client > Server - Start Communication
Server > Client - Use UDP port 25
UDP 25 Client > Server - Blocked by firewallJust to let everyone know I spoke with the Network Admin and he said it would be okay to use but he cannot open any ports for me. Also I could be wrong about some of this information about ports, I only know the basics to network stuff but this is the scenario I believe is happening.

There are a few ways to go.
Use remote desktop, vnc, pcanywhere or others if those ports aren't blocked.
Use HTTPS?
Use ssh tunnel?
Use VPN?
I'd guess more too.I read a way to change ports on a virtual pc emulated by using a few tricks too.
web at governmentsecurity (dot) org/archive/t10129.html might work in this case too.

I can't use any remote type of software because the program I would like to run has to be on this computer. I've used programs like virtual PC before but unfortunately my computer at work is much to slow to run it correctly - 200MHz 64MB RAM. I'll look into the other info you've given me. Keep the suggestions coming cause I would really like this to work. Thanks.
