DaLy,
Check your internet options security tab and see if it has been reset. Sometimes a program will reset your security settings. Also check for content and see if the content tab has been reset to other than standard settings.
Hope this helped,

rc

DaLy,
Just found a few post concerning this problem and it seems you may have a corrupted hosts file within spybot S&D.
quoted from another thread...
"Run SpyBot, select 'Tools' and then 'Hosts'. If you have installed their Hosts file,
it could be the problem. Either remove it, or you'll need to edit it."
(taken from annoyances.org)
Zone alarm also shows a similar reply concerning a corrupted hosts file.
If this does not fix the problem you may try uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it to see if you corrected it that way.
good luck,
rc

Thanks rc for the help

I ended up doing a system restore and now my internet works. But the window keeps shutting down everytime theres a pop-up, and popup stoppers don't work.

Any advice?
