Hi everybody,

I have encountered a very strange problem. HTTP sites cannot be loaded on IE and Mozilla ! Before that, such things were done:
1. Spyware doctor found trojant.downloader and removed it.
2. In the win XP firewall the exception for p2p networking.exe was removed. The firewall was reset to default settings.

After all of that, the magic happened, and I cannot access any HTTP sites, nor ping them. However, secure shell connections work, updates for some stuff can still be downloaded.

Any ideas what had happened or what to do? Should I try to repair windows, or to reinstall it from sctrach?

regards--

Download and run LspFix to repair your winsock.
