Need more information.
That is a message that comes up ??
State what it says, word for word.
Like how far does the computer boot before this happens ??
Before or after the Windows loading screen ??
Does it get to Logon screen or Desktop ??

Did you mean NTLDR?
You should post the 'complete' and 'exact' error message.

1)Insert the Windows XP bootable CD into the computer.
2)When prompted to press any key to boot from the CD, press any key.
3)Once in the Windows XP setup menu press the "R" key to repair Windows.
Log into your Windows installation by pressing the "1" key and pressing enter.
You will then be prompted for your administrator password, enter that password.

4) C:\Windows\Bootcfg /Rebuild
5) C:\Windows\Fixboot
6) Reboot your System

a load identifier is just the name it shows so you can boot into the right OS, i.e. Microsoft Windows XP Professional
