Upgrade from HSP56 micromodem to PC-TEL V-90 for Win XP.If you have a COMPAQ you can d/l from WinUpdate.

pc-tel is chipmaker for HSP56.

I got em from driverguide.com. Theres a few there for xp. First one I tried worked.
