Won't work. Support for XP maybe by end of the year. I ditched mine out and bought an Intel modem. Works great with the win2k drivers. Good luck

Try Amptron website at amptron.com and and go to drver section of motherboard (586LMR) you will find a driver for HSP56 Modem
