I am not sure, but it seems like when my lap top was set up, the HP Toolbox was not installed properly. The HP Toolbox does not allow my system to shut down properly. Each time I log on, I get an error saying:
"Windows Firewall will block some HP Toolbox features.
Windows Firewall will prompt you to block or unblock a file named "javaw." Choose unblock for HP toolbox to function properly."
Does any body have any idea what I need to do?
Thank you

If you do not need that Toolbox, Maybe see if it is on the Startup tab in msconfig, so you can uncheck it.
Start,
Run, then typemsconfig
Then restart. Upon boot, check mark a box in a
System Changed message, to not show again. To find out what each Startup(or Process) item
does or means, and any recommendation as to if you should close the process:
Task List Programs
There you can find what "javaw" is also.

According to Task List Programs link, Hpw8tbx
may be the HP Toolbox that is running.Hpw8tbx--
Toolbox for HP Printing System. System Tray printer status icon installed by the drivers for HP’s DeskJet 1220C printer. It enables you to access various features of your printer such as checking ink levels, cleaning and aligning the heads, running diagnostic prints, etc..., from the icon in the System Tray.Recommendation :
Down to end-user preference.
