CPU/Ram: 2200+ athlon / 1ghz DDR

I have been trying to install my new printer, 'HP photosmart 7350'the printer uses a USB connection, but am having a few problems. I install drivers via instructions, but one of the drivers doesn't install properly. The New hardware wizard pops up saying
" Can not install this hardware.
There is a problem installing this hardware
hp photosmart 7350
An error occured during the installation of this device
Access is denied"

Hi Lisa

Yes i am signed on as administrator.

It allows me to install all the drivers apart from this one.

Maybe you could try downloading the driver from the HP website. Yours could be corrupted.

I've downloaded new drivers, i've got HP to send me a new driver disk but it keeps happening, maybe the printer is knackered??
